to Friday, however you may call at any time and leave a message. Typically the
office staff are mobile, so that voice callers can expect to encounter an
answering machine. We observe Victorian state public holidays.
We aim to provide a response to all enquiries made during business hours in
twelve hours or less, and out of hours enquiries on the next business day.
