Our focus is on providing Web site hosting facilities and related services to small to medium size enterprises (SMEs). The cost structure has been designed to make these services highly accessible at a very reasonable cost, with adequate support to ensure that a reliable service is provided.
We will do our best to understand and service your needs, and will advise you if your requests fall outside our area of expertise. We do not claim (or aim) to be the cheapest service available, but believe that we compare more than favourably with many other hosting services on the basis of cost effectiveness.

Two on going issues for service users with other host providers are a lack of communication, and stale content on the host Web site. We recognise these as common failings, and have policies in place to address these issues. If you feel that we have failed to address these (or any other) issues effectively, then please tell us.
Sricom Net Services
The primary services comprise subscriptions for Web site hosting provided on a reseller basis, and other services provided by Sricom Pty Limited A.C.N. 008 631 445, with its registered office at 26 Tullimbar Circuit, Vermont South Victoria, Australia (see our contact details).
Servers
Typically the servers are physically located with specialist hosting companies in the USA. The companies used are extensively committed to the use of automated management hence the depth of functions available from the browser based control panel. The use of an off shore (we are based in Australia) hosting provider is primarily driven by differences in cost structures relating to telecommunications and Internet connection services.
The reliability of the services is best described as adequate. The performance of our wholesalers is variable, and it is not possible to guarantee performance. We do our best, but our investigations indicate that paying more does not always provide an improvement in service performance. As a result, the service is provided on an 'as is' basis.
We STRONGLY ADVISE all clients to ensure that they have off server backups of any content (including database entries and server logs) that is significant, and that all e-mail is downloaded to a local machine. This should be part of your standard operating practice.
That said, Sricom uses the same services it sells to run its own Web sites.

All charges are
inclusive of GST where applicable. Our ABN is 76 008 631 445, and all invoices
are provided as 'Tax Invoices'.
