It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you do not rely on these backups, but make your own. An account backup facility is provided as part of each subscription that allows you to quickly and easily backup your site and transfer to the backup to your own computer.

You should operate on the basis that at some point the server WILL fail, and that backups WILL NOT be available for the server.

We may endeavour to recover any files lost through server corruption, but offer no guarantees, and may decline to attempt such recovery.
