Where a subscription is on a longer term basis (e.g. subscriptions paid through BPAY are on an annual basis), the monthly charge is used as the reference rate to pro-rata any refunds in the event that the subscription is cancelled.

In the event that you wish to discontinue a subscription, simply send us an e-mail and your account will be closed at the end of the billing month, and any advance payments (calculated with reference to the monthly rate) will be refunded. Of course, if you are in a trial period, all hosting fees will be refunded.
